Abstract
The aim of this research is to introduce the Merin, their origins and lineage, their state in the Far Maghreb and the extension of their influences outside the Far Morocco, and to reveal their human civilizational role in the movement of writing, writing and construction. The research concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are: that the Merin were able to exploit military policy in the Far Morocco and its weakness. The Almohad state built their state on civilizational and scientific foundations. The Sultans of Penumerwen contributed to the construction of mosques, cities, places of worship, schools, weapons, and military units. They codified the art of architecture and engineering. They also attracted agents, poets, and jurists from all parts of the countries surrounding them, and they were not limited to a sect or belief, and the idea was Religious tolerance and its role in revitalizing the authorship movementAnd writing in all historical, literary, jurisprudential, religious and poetic fields, and many scholars, writers, jurists and poets emerged among them who contributed to building civilized and humane thought, thus being ahead of their contemporaries from other countries.
