Abstract

Praise be to God alone, and prayers be upon the one after whom there is no prophet. Sheikh Muftah Qaryo - may God have mercy on him - is one of the scholars who had an imprint on the systems of scientific texts, through his book titled (Jawahir Al-Fiqh Selected from the Closest Well-Phrased Paths). When I looked at the book and leaned down to study it, it caught my attention, and I fell in love with an explanation of part of these systems, so I decided that this research would be a contribution to explaining and clarifying the jurisprudential rulings mentioned by the Sheikh - may God have mercy on him - from the beginning of the book to the end of a chapter on istibra, istinja’, and istijmaar. Memorizing texts and taking care of the books that contain this art are among the tasks for the student of Sharia knowledge. For a long time, scientific systems have had a great impact in serving the Sharia sciences due to their ease of memorization, smoothness of their expression, and ease of remembering, as Maliki jurisprudence enjoyed great success, such as the system of Sheikh Al-Futaisi - may God have mercy on him. -, and the automated system in Doctrine, jurisprudence, and religious duties by Sheikh Faraj Al-Fageeh - may God protect him The importance of this research is evident in the following: First: extracting what can be extracted from the systems and preserving it, so that it will be of assistance to students of Islamic knowledge. Second: The desire to introduce this venerable scholar, who is considered one of the figures of the Maliki school of thought due to his scientific standing. In this research, I have explained part of the systems of Jawahir al-Fiqh, and the nature of the research required that it be divided into two sections preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion. In the introduction, I explained the importance of memorizing texts and highlighted the most prominent scholars who had a mark on this art. Then the first section is the definition of the organizer. The second section was explaining the systems. Then I concluded the research with a conclusion in which I mentioned the most important findings.
