Abstract

The Diwan "Tajuman al-Ashwaq" by Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Arabi is one of the literary treasures that embodies deep linguistic and semantic richness. This research studies the words of joy and happiness in this diwan from a grammatical and semantic perspective, as this approach contributes to exploring how meanings are formed and emotions are conveyed through linguistic structure. Ibn Arabi is distinguished by his unique style that combines simplicity and depth, allowing him to express feelings of joy and happiness in a way that transcends superficiality. The research addresses the vocabulary used in contexts of joy, relying on a grammatical analysis that demonstrates how linguistic elements interact to express these feelings. It also highlights the multiple connotations carried by these words and how they are influenced by the poetic context.
