Abstract

Pre-university education in Libya in light of the comprehensive quality standards. The research sought to achieve the main goal of its content: to identify the conditions of pre-university education in Libya in the light of the comprehensive quality standards The study attempted to answer the question of its chief of question: What is the extent of achieving the comprehensive quality standards in pre-university education institutions in Libya. ? The social survey method was used in the sample, and the fivemeasure research tool was applied to a sample of 120 individual principals and teachers in primary, secondary, and secondary schools in Al-Zawiya schools in Libya. In the period from the beginning of August 2019 to the end of October 2019 . The study reached several results, the most important of which are: .1-The infrastructure of educational institutions in Libya faces some problems in construction, seats, factories, gardens, and toilets. This indicates a low quality of infrastructure. . 2.2-That the level of skills and abilities of school administrators is high, and is represented in: taking the appropriate decision to accomplish administrative tasks, planning to achieve school goals, linking the environment to the local community 3. The low level of school administration quality, the most important of which is: developing a spirit of cooperation and teamwork between the administration, teachers, and school personnel, ensuring that human relationships are established with all school personnel, attention to organizing and coordinating school staff efforts to achieve the goals of the educational process. . .4-The results of the study confirmed the high quality of the teacher’s performance and were represented in: interest in treating students humanely,self-discipline of the teacher in the educational institution, encouraging teamwork . .5-The level of quality of curriculum performance is above average, which reflects the interest of the Ministry of Education in developing curricula and the extent to which the curriculum is launched from the philosophy of society and realizes its goals and development . The study made several recommendations, the most important of which are : 1- Continuously developing the curriculum and linking it to the needs of society and the requirements of the times 2- Setting a strategic plan for developing the education system and reforming its infrastructure 3 - Working to spread a culture of total quality among all workers in the education sector . 4- Adopting total quality management and its applications in education management 5 -Change and improvement in curricula in a way that fits with the principle of quality in education in the era of computers .
