Abstract

The study addressed the impact of green human resource management practices on social performance in Sudanese companies. It aimed to explore the application of green human resource management practices, verify the relationships between green human resource management practices and sustainable performance in Sudanese companies, and form a framework that can help in their implementation. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, the historical approach, in addition to the statistical approach. One of the most important results of the study is that green human resource management practices have a significant impact in many areas. Scientific analysis of the environment contributes to spreading the culture of protecting it, and thus paying attention to environmental issues to reduce their harmful effects, adapting institutional structures to activities that support environmental analysis and interest in what contributes to developing performance. The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including the need to develop axes that ensure that green human resource management practices are in line with environmental preservation, paying attention to scientific analysis of the environment to ensure the protection of the dissemination of culture, and thus paying attention to environmental issues to reduce their harmful effects, working to adapt corporate structures to activities that support environmental analysis and interest in developing performance.
