Hajj lessons between commitment and reconciliation between jurisprudential opinions
Main Article Content
Abstract
Hajj is a sacred duty, a great act of worship, and an Islamic conference in which feelings are united, hearts and bodies come together to perform those rituals, revive those scenes, and memories that renew the connection with the beginning of Islam and the Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - people gather in the Hajj rituals from every corner and direction, with their different colors, races, and schools of jurisprudence and doctrine. Accordingly, the fatwa differs in the Hajj rituals regarding what the pilgrim needs when performing this duty, and then he falls into embarrassment and confusion. In order to preserve the validity of their worship and the safety of their Hajj, there is no harm in moving to another opinion on the condition that its chain of transmission is sound and its evidence is sound, in order to alleviate and remove embarrassment. My research came to clarify the most important things that the pilgrim needs from ihram to farewell tawaf, asking God - Glory be to Him - to benefit the pilgrims with it, and facilitate for them the performance of their duties with ease and comfort.
