Abstract




Today, the world is witnessing accelerating and successive changes in various scientific, technological and social fields, which imposes major challenges on the education system in general and the curricula in particular. Education is the basic pillar of building and developing societies, and it is the effective way to prepare generations that are able to face the requirements of the times and adapt to its changing data. The importance of the curricula is that it is the main tool for achieving educational and educational goals, which is the main driver of the learning and education process. Hence the urgent need to study the reality of these curricula and evaluate their ability to keep pace with contemporary transformations and respond to future challenges. It has become necessary to reconsider the traditional curricula that depend on memorization and indoctrination, and develop them in a manner commensurate with the requirements of the twenty -first century. The world today needs creative and innovative generations, capable of critical thinking, solving problems and using technology efficiently, as the main research problem lies in identifying the gap between the current reality of curricula and future aspirations This is because the curricula are the true mirror that reflects the philosophy of society and its educational aspirations, and it is the vessel that embraces the values, knowledge and skills that are intended to be instilled in the hearts of young people. Therefore, its development represents a real investment in human capital and a basic pillar of comprehensive community development .
