Abstract
Emotional balance is one of the important psychological variables that affect the academic and athletic performance of students in the faculty of physical education and motor rehabilitation. The ability to control feelings and regulate emotions during different situations plays a pivotal role in achieving personal and professional success, and is considered a major factor in improving performance under various pressures, whether in the academic field or in competitive sports environments. In light of the challenges that students face during the educational and training process, the need arises to study their level of emotional balance, with the aim of providing scientific recommendations that contribute to enhancing this skill among them. The importance of the study stems from the vital role that emotional balance plays in achieving academic and athletic success for students. Students who enjoy a high level of emotional balance are more able to deal with the challenges and pressures of sports competitions and study, which is positively reflected in their performance and practical achievement. In addition, this study contributes to filling the research gap in this field, by providing scientific data that helps educational and pedagogical institutions develop integrated training programs that enhance the psychological and emotional aspects of students.
