Abstract






This research deals with the emergence of a personality of the people of








Libya, who played an important role in the political struggle against the French administration in Fezzan, in addition to his role in the Consultative Council (the Council of Ten), the Committee of the Twenty, Ministry of Health in 1951.


The development of Mohammed Osman hunting in a scientific scientific environment influenced the crystallization of his personality, and in appreciation of the people of science and knowledge, and love and faith in the freedom of his homeland, so he was one of the founders of the secret society, In order to resist the ideas of the French authorities that were trying to strip the province of Fezzan from the rest of Libya, and one of the most prominent positions was that he was the official spokesman for the people of Fezzan in the presence of the Quartet and has demanded after consulting with the people of Fezzan and limited to their demands - the independence of Libya and unity under the crown Prince Idriss Snoussi, And joining the Arab League.


He and his colleagues in the Constituent Committee were able to establish the federal constitutional monarchy, despite the iron fist imposed by France on Fezan. His political positions and his struggle for Libya were factors that later enabled him to become the prime minister of the government of Libya.
