Abstract
Contemporary critical studies have focused on the recipient who receives the text, interacts with it, and measures the extent of his anticipation of the intentions of the text producer through his interpretation and analysis, and then participates in its reproduction. Since the informativity is one of the criteria by which the efficiency of the text is measured, and the recipient with his culture is the one who determines it, the choice was made to apply it to the contemporary Libyan poetic text, so the research was titled "The informativity in the Poetry of Jumaa Al-Fakhri, the Text (No Possibilities) as a Model" according to a study plan that includes an introduction: in which the reason for choosing the topic, is to highlight the capabilities of the Libyan creator that are comparable to the creators of the Arab world, and the goal of the study is to shed light from a different angle on contemporary Libyan poetry, by searching for the relationship between the text and the recipient, to enter the theoretical part with an introduction in which we discuss the concept of informativity in language and terminology, and information to define the poet and his most important works, however, for the applied part, we first review the creative text, and then analyze and criticize it by searching for the ranks of informativity, its elements, and its efficiency in the text under study, and the descriptive analytical method will be our way to achieve this, to conclude with a conclusion containing the research results and its recommendations.
