Abstract
This research dealt with the issue of professional growth for faculty members and its role in improving the quality of university education, which is one of the important topics in the era of scientific and technological progress, while seeking to clarify the most important methods that can be followed in this field, as well as the most important standards for quality in higher education. Some of the most important questions are: What is the role of professional growth for faculty members in improving the quality of higher education, and the analyticl descriptive approach was used by reviewing the largest amount of educational literature related to the subject, and analyzing the opinions and ideas of experts and researchers on the subject, to get answers to questions, and he concluded The research led to a set of conclusions and recommendations.
