Abstract

This research aims to identify the most important industries or small project practiced by women, the reasons that called women to work in small project, and to identify the benefits that women will derive from this work, whether at the personal or family level, and how it contributes to you in achieving development.

This study is considered one of the descriptive studies and was conducted on a deliberate sample of (25) female workers, and the questionnaire tool was used to collect data , decorating women , shops selling various products , and one of the most important reasons and motives for women's work in small projects is the formation of capital, independence of work and helping the family to improve the economic and social level , and small projects contributed to achieving economic and social development for women , as the sample confirmed that small projects it helped them achieve financial independence and economic stability , increase family income and overcome economic problems, and contributed to increasing responsibility and one of the most important difficulties facing women's work is the lack of marketing experience and poor financial funding .
