Electronic)? And Work On Developing Quality Services Programs In Companies,
Which Contributes To The Development Of The Administrative Process.
This Is Due To The Modern Administration, Which Has Become Characterized
By A Rapid Intellectual Movement, Unlike The Administration Of Previous Eras
And Still Knows A Sharp Development And Change, All Of Which Tend To
Increase The Interest In The Human Resource And Change Its Role Within The
Organization, And On The Other Hand, Increasing The Role Of Knowledge And
Information In The Performance Of Activities And Increasing The Importance Of
Information Technology Means And Communication In The Completion Of
Administrative Work, The Features And Characteristics Of Modern Management
Have Changed From What Was Previously In Practice A Radical Change, And
This Is Based On Experiences And With The Help Of Means Of Information And
Communication Technology.
The research problem lies in the weak application of modern administrative
concepts in the organization under study, and the lack of qualification of
employees in dealing with modern devices and equipment to keep pace with
modern administrative concepts, which negatively affects the performance of the
administrative apparatus, which depends largely on the application of modern
administrative concepts.
The researchers used the descriptive approach in this research, but in the
practical framework, the research sample included some employees and
administrators in the organization under study. The number of sample members:
32 out of the total number of employees in the company: 122 individuals, i.e. 26%
of the number Total.
The questionnaire was divided into two parts, personal data and data related to
modern concepts of management, and represented in four axes: management with
a shared vision, management with transparency, decentralized management, and
electronic management.
Through the statistical analysis of the responses of the research sample to the
questionnaire questions, and through testing the research hypotheses, the most
important results of the statistical analysis were reached, which are that the
attitudes of administrators about modern concepts of management (management
with a shared vision - management with transparency - electronic management)
about decentralized management are negative trends, And the role of modern
trends of modern management in the success of the administrative process is a significant role, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the
trends of administrators about modern concepts of management (management
with a common vision - management with transparency - decentralized
management - electronic management) is due to the variable of experience.
The research concluded with a set of general theoretical results, the most
important of which is that most of the company’s employees tend to use the
management with a common vision, with the difficulty of the company’s employees
understanding the vision and mission of the company with the existing
management, and their desire to accomplish their work in an individual way, and
most of the company’s employees prefer to use the management with transparency
instead of any ambiguity in the work They are keen on the necessity of clarifying
the information and facts related to the work. Most of the company's employees
like the decentralization work policy because it provides opportunities for decisionmaking,
and speeds up the completion of work in a better way with their emphasis
on follow-up and control that works to ensure the safety of work performance
correctly.
Based on the previous results, the researchers reached the most important
recommendations, which lie in the need to consolidate the principles of teamwork
to accomplish work tasks, and work to reject individual competition, which
develops the trend towards management with a common vision and encourages
workers to accomplish their work in a collective way and increase the interest in
working with modern trends for the success of the administrative process, and the
definition of Employees with its axes, increasing their experiences in general, and
encouraging them to use them scientifically.
