Abstract

the research aimed to know the impact of Facebook on the nature of
social relations and the motives behind the use of Facebook. The research used
the descriptive social survey method using the sample method and applied the
questionnaire through the interview. The research sample consisted of (110)
male and female students at the College of Education Nasser, and the study
reached several results, the most important of which are: - There are
statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the number of
hours spent on Doctor Bok and the nature of social relations among students of
the Nasser College of Education in favor of more than three hours. - The results
of the research also showed that there were differences other than the level of
statistical significance (0.05) between the preferred periods for describing
Facebook and the nature of social relations among students of the Nasser
College of Education in favor of the sample members who browse Facebook at
night. - The results of the research also indicated that there is a direct correlation with a statistical significance between the motives of Facebook and the nature of social relations among the students of Nasser College of Education.
