Abstract
This research deals with the issue of Iran's occupation of the three UAE islands (Greater Tunb, Lesser Tunb, and Abu Musa), and shows the historical and legal facts that indicate the UAE's ownership of the three islands, and reveals the motives that prompted Britain to help Iran in this occupation, and the extent of the contribution of some major countries in a settlement The solution to this conflict, and the research emphasized: that the Iranian claims of ownership of the three islands are linked to its expansionist ambitions, past and present, to control the entrance to the Arabian Gulf and control it over it, that Britain conspired over the three Emirati islands in favor of Iran, and that a peaceful solution does not seem to be the most likely option in the short term, and this The matter may change if the Arab countries are able to unite, forget their differences, devote their efforts to strengthening their presence in the world, and imposing their hegemony to resolve all Iranian-Emirati disputes.
