The responsible role of family in juvenile delinquency

Abstract

The research topic is related to the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency and how to confront it, identify the causes and motives behind it, the extent of its spread, and the efforts made in various ways to reduce it whenever possible. It also explains the family's relationship to it, the dimensions of its role as one of the factors confronting juvenile delinquency, and examines some previous studies on the role of the family in juvenile delinquency. This study used the method of observation and interview, and some studies followed other researchers. The study revealed that childhood is considered the most severe stage that juvenile goes through in terms of the impact of the environment on him. And that the stage of adolescence is when criminality reaches its peak, leading to a penalty being applied to him at this stage, and that family factors in general play the primary role in the emergence of the juvenile problem.
