Conflict of Interest Policy

For Reviewers:

If a reviewer is unable to evaluate a manuscript impartially, they must decline the review invitation. If the reviewer has any professional, personal, or financial affiliations that constitute or may be perceived as a conflict of interest when reviewing the manuscript, they must either decline the review or, if such a conflict is discovered after accessing the full manuscript materials, immediately withdraw and fully inform the Journal’s Editorial Board. If there is any aspect of the manuscript that the reviewer does not feel qualified to assess, they must inform the editor.

For Authors:

Authors must disclose any financial, professional, or personal conflicts of interest that could influence the content of the manuscript. In the absence of any conflict of interest, the following statement must be included:
“The author(s) declare no conflict of interest.”

If the author is a member of the Editorial Board, the manuscript must be assigned to another editor for evaluation. The manuscript must also be subject to the same evaluation standards applied to all other submissions.

In addition, submissions from friends are avoided, and an independent editorial member is assigned for handling such cases. This also applies to students studying under an editor affiliated with the Journal. Any prior disputes between the author and editorial members are also taken into consideration and handled to avoid bias in the review and evaluation process.
