Editorial Board Biographies
About the Chairman of the Editorial Committee:
Prof. Faraj Al-Mabrouk Omar Amer holds a PhD in Educational Sciences and a professorship. As Editor-in-Chief, he leads a team of expert professors in a number of scientific research specializations in the humanities. He previously served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of the Faculties of Education at the University of Zawiya, publishing 25 issues. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Libyan Society for Educational and Human Sciences and Director of the Andalusia Foundation for Culture. He has published numerous scientific research papers and has published more than 17 books in educational, pedagogical, and cultural sciences, including "Education in Libya," "Steps for Writing Scientific Research," "School Principals and School Administration," and other books. He teaches at the Libyan Academy and Libyan universities to graduate students, including master's and doctoral students, in addition to supervising doctoral dissertations. He has also served as Head of the Department of Educational Sciences at the Libyan Academy.

Dr. Fateh Muhammad Abu Bakr Abu Zayan holds a PhD in Arabic Literature and Literary Criticism. He has participated in numerous scientific research conferences and has published numerous research papers in several peer-reviewed scientific journals both inside and outside Libya.

About the Editorial Board Member:
Prof. Mohsen Abu Bakr Ahmed Ali holds a PhD in Education/Applied Linguistics and is a professor and translator at the Quality Assurance Center. He served as Head of the Translation Department at the Libyan Academy in Janzour and Head of the English Language Department at the University of Zawiya. He has participated in numerous scientific conferences and has published numerous research papers in several peer-reviewed scientific journals inside and outside Libya.

About the Editorial Board Member:
Dr. Al-Zarouk Salem Aoun holds a PhD in Educational Sciences (specializing in Educational Administration) and is an Assistant Professor. He teaches at Libyan universities and has collaborated with numerous universities and training centers. He previously served as Head of the Quality Department at the College of Education/Darg. He has authored more than five published books, including "A Brief Introduction to Scientific Research Methods" and "The Differences Between Research Terms with Dates and Selected Terms," among others. He has also published numerous research papers in several peer-reviewed scientific journals.

Dr. Magdy Mohamed Daw Hmaida holds a PhD from Alexandria University, Faculty of Physical Education, Department of Educational, Psychological, and Social Sciences, Sports Psychology Division. His dissertation title is "Behavioral Problems in Motor Activity of Preschool Children in Tripoli, Western Libya, Between Rural and Urban Areas (A Comparative Study)." He has completed several research papers published in peer-reviewed scientific journals. He served as Dean of the Faculty of Education in Ajilat and held several administrative positions within the college.
