Author Guidelines

1. That the research presented includes a new and original addition, that it has not been previously published elsewhere, and that it is not derived from scientific messages, whether by the researcher or anyone else.
2. The number of search pages should not exceed twenty pages.
3. The research should be written in the Arabic language and linguistically corrected. The journal welcomes papers written in the foreign language provided that it is accompanied by a comprehensive abstract in the Arabic language.
4. To attach to the research, on the first page, the name of the author, in a quadruple, with information about his work, place, degree, academic qualification, phone number and e-mail.
5. The research received to the journal is subject to confidential evaluation by specialized professors to determine the validity of the research for publication or not, and the journal notifies researchers of the opinions and suggestions of the evaluators.
6. The paper should be submitted in print on a computer with titles written in size 03 and the rest of the lines in Times New Roma 04 size on one side on A4 size paper attached with a hard copy, in addition to a copy on CD (CD) and the pages should be numbered sequentially, including tables, figures and pictures. 7. Upon acceptance of the research for publication, the period of modifications by the researcher should not exceed () 02 days.
8. That the researcher follow the generally accepted scientific research steps when conducting scientific research, and conclude the research with results and then recommendations.
9. References used in the search are indicated within the text using Arabic numbers in parentheses at the end of the citation, so that the first reference is indicated with a number (1) and the second reference is indicated with a number (2) and so on. Do not write at the bottom of the page. Rather, all references are written at the end of the search in an item References are according to the sequence of their numbers (1,2,3,4, …… etc.) and not according to the alphabetical order of the authors' names.
10. Tables, figures, and drawings are arranged by numbers according to their sequence, and to be indicated by the addresses necessary for them.
11. Based on the evaluator’s opinion, the journal has the right to dispose of it in the interest of the research by adding, deleting or amending any of its paragraphs without prejudice to the essence of the research.
12. The editorial family of Al-Qurtas magazine has the legal right to reject any scientific research unless it is prepared according to the conditions mentioned above, or is outside the journal's jurisdiction.
13. Research contained in the journal is not returned to its owners, whether published or not.
14. Opinions, ideas and conclusions contained in the research do not express only the opinions and ideas of their owners.
15. The magazine reserves its right to publish the approved material in the appropriate number, according to the journal’s plan, provided that it meets the aforementioned conditions.
16. The journal shall notify the researcher of his acceptance of his research for publication or non-acceptance upon completion of the evaluation procedures.
17. The researcher is given a copy of the issue of the journal in which his research was published, and a letter stating the publication if he so requested.
