Abstract

The book of Qwate Aladelah by Assmaane (died 489) is one of important books in Fundamentals of Islamic jurisprudence, this book give so Many benefits, so that Many scholars praised him. The author of this book has discuss many problems related to Islamic jurisprudence and its Fundamentals , he used Arabic language rules in Analysis of jurisprudential issues, so when We read carefully his book we find that the author has used a lot of letters which give a meaning these letters have important role in understanding many Jurisprudential issues, such as preposition , conjunctions and others Because of this importance this paper titled as Effect of meaning letters in directing meaning in book of Qwate Aladelah by Assmaane as a model In this paper these letters will be discussed to clarify Semantic meaning Because Fundamentals of Islamic jurisprudence is based on Objectives of Islamic Sharia and understanding semantic.
