Abstract

Today, the world is witnessing an unprecedented revolution in the digital field, a revolution of knowledge and information that does not stop advancing. Relations between countries have not been immune to the positive impact of this technological progress, as it has become possible for decision – makers in all parts of the world communicate with ease and as quickly as possible, not to mention the possibility of sending messages from them to the entire world, benefiting from the spread of social networking site among all people.
