Abstract

The study aimed to demonstrate the extent of the ability of authoritarian leadership to develop institutional performance, study the ability of chaotic leadership to institutional performance, and then know the relationship between democratic leadership and institutional performance. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, the historical and deductive approach. The most important results of the study are that authoritarian leadership has a significant negative impact on the development of institutional performance, chaotic leadership does not have the ability to develop institutional performance, and democratic leadership has a significant positive impact on building institutional performance. The study recommended a number of recommendations, including holding development and training programs for employees at all administrative levels, through holding seminars and training courses, the topics of which are related to the content of administrative leadership and institutional performance and setting ethical standards and values that lead to strengthening the organizational culture towards it, the necessity for the ministry in particular, and various institutions in general, to prepare a clear and specific strategic plan announced for administrative leadership methods that follow scientific and practical foundations that can be taken as a basis for administrative and institutional development.
