Measuring the Level of Social Skills Among Youth Football Coaches in Sabha

Abstract

This research aims to identify the most important social skills and assess their levels among youth football coaches in some football clubs in Sabha. The study sample consisted of 15 coaches representing various football clubs in the city. The researcher employed a standardized questionnaire containing a set of statements and utilized the descriptive survey method. The results indicated that some social skills were at a very high level, such as sensitivity and emotionality, which reached 80%, while others, such as emotional control, were at an even higher level, reaching 100%. The overall skill level of the coaches was found to be moderate, with an average percentage of 69%.
