Communication and its relationship to jop satisfaction among employees in the Libyan post, telecommunications and information technology Holding Company (the Zawiya Communication Zone is model )

Abstract
The study aimed to determine the relationship between administrative communication and jop satisfaction, from the point of view of employees in the Zawiya communications Zone affiliated with the Libyan post, telecommunications and information technology Holding Company, the point study, as well as to identify the concepts and contents of administrative communication and jop satisfaction in order to determine the relationship between the two variables and also to know the degree of influence of administrative communication on the level of employee satisfaction in the company under study. The descriptive analytical approach was used, as questionnaires were distributed to employees, department managers, section coordinators, and unit supervisors with total of(50) questionnaires, and (40) questionnaires were returned and accepted. The results of the study showed a positive between administrative communication and jop satisfaction among employees in the Zawiya communications Zone, as it was found that the level of administrative communication was generally high, especially in its formal and informal dimensions. The results of simple linear regression analysis showed that administrative communication has a statistically significant effect on jop satisfaction, as administrative communication explained about 25.80% of the variance in the level of employee satisfaction, which indicates its effective role in improving the work environment and reducing rates of absence and desire to leave the jop.
