Administrative causation in school administration in secondary education institutions in the municipality of Daraj from the point of view of Administrators themselves

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the features of administrative negligence in secondary schools in Daraj municipality and the duties and responsibilities necessary for the school principal to reduce administrative negligence and the obstacles that affect school administration in the face of administrative negligence, in addition to identifying the statistically significant variables attributed to gender, academic qualification and years of experience.
