Abstract

Divorce is one of the serious social issues that negatively impacts the stability of both the family and society. Islamic scholars play a crucial role in educating spouses about their rights and responsibilities, as well as offering solutions derived from Islamic law to reduce this phenomenon. This research aims to highlight the responsibility of Islamic scholars in promoting family awareness, resolving marital conflicts, and providing solutions that contribute to family stability. It also supports family reform initiatives that help reduce divorce rates.
