Abstract

The importance of knowing the conflicts that occur in the requirements of words, in terms of the priority of carrying a single word that is likely to have two realities, one of which is probable and the other is unlikely, as the word must initially be carried to the probable and not the unlikely, as it is the original, unless the word is surrounded by a strong convincing evidence, then the word must be diverted from the probable reality to the unlikely reality. The book stresses the honour and importance of the science of Usul al-Fiqh, and that it is indispensable for any scholar of jurisprudence.
