Abstract




The research aims to evaluate the quality of administrative processes in the Libyan Olympic Committee, and the questionnaire was distributed to the managers of Departments, sections and employees, and the actual research sample reached (30 individuals), and the descriptive approach was used in the style After conducting the study and discussing the results, the researcher reached a set of conclusions The most important of which are: The management of the Olympic Committee does not care much about enabling employees to see the results of the evaluation of their work,The criteria of the strategic plan for the quality system of administrative workers in the Olympic Committee need flexibility and clarity in The selection of alternatives, as well as the quality department of the committee is looking forward to holding training courses to spread the culture of quality and improve the efficiency of performance Employees, which in turn enabled him to reach a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The quality plan must be clarified Administrative staff and enable them to see the results of the evaluation of their work, and the need to provide appropriate capabilities And special budgets for quality control and performance follow-up, and the strategic plan for the quality system must contain The IOC administrative committee has sufficient flexibility to choose suitable alternatives, and the quality of operations must be checked Administrative introduction and the use of multiple tools for quality control and development.
