The Reflection of Development on the Quality of Educational Life - Field Study on Parent in the Municipality of Rayayna, Libya

Abstract
The research dealt with the reflection of development on the quality of educational life in the municipality of Rayayna city, Libya. The research aimed to know the reflection of development programs on the quality of educational life, the extent of satisfaction of the research sample members with it, and to evaluate the reflection of development programs on the quality of educational life in the municipality of Rayayna, Libya. The descriptive approach was used as the appropriate approach and the research sample consisted of (125) families using the questionnaire form. The results showed most parents reported the services that should be available in educational institutions in the municipality are as follows: the school health office, the social service office, interest in sports and cultural activities, providing equipped laboratories, and the psychological support and guidance office. In addition, most parents reported that educational institutions are close to the place of residence at a rate of 63.2% , most parents are interested in educating their daughters at a rate of 94.8%. The reason for parents' dissatisfaction with the quality of educational life in the municipality is due to the lack of discipline and neglect in educational institutions, the lack of qualified teachers, the lack of kindergartens, the inefficiency of school administration, the distance of housing from the school and the lack of a sufficient number of schools, errors in school books, and the spread of private lessons.
