Consideration of the purposes of the taxpayers and their impact in Maliki jurisprudence - examples and cases

Abstract

This research addresses the objectives and their impact on Maliki jurisprudence, "models and issues." It addresses several themes, through which it clarifies the following:Defining the basic concepts of understanding the nature of objectives, clarifying the meaning of the common denominator, explaining the concept of influence, and demonstrating the validity of the objectives in the Qur'an, Sunnah, and Maliki jurisprudence .Then I explained the relationship between observing the objectives of those charged with a duty and observing the objectives of the Lawgiver, which is represented in two matters: The first is that they both stem from one source and share one principle, which is: observing the objectives and not being limited to appearances and forms. Whoever takes this into account in the words of the Lawgiver, his rulings and his actions, will also take it into account in the words, contracts and actions of people.
