Abstract
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon His servants who have been chosen, and may Allah pray upon Muhammad, his family, his companions and followers . And after that I am placing in your hands a systematic study of a book on studying the Book of Allah and understanding its meanings, consisting of twelve volumes, written by its author in his own handwriting, printed and published by a Libyan author from Misrata, who devoted his life to science, I mention the format of its parts, the opening of its volumes, the method of transferring its information, the sources of its material, its writing style, and some of its terms. In view of the problem of the content of the tafsir and its lack of indexes, despite its internal divisions, I thought it appropriate to produce a material that identifies the author and reveals his mysteries, and I have a research on the author as well.
