Abstract
The major transformations that the world witnessed at the end of the second millennium and the beginning of the third millennium have contributed to changing many of the prevailing concepts in international relations, and among those concepts are: security, immigration, and terrorism. The concept of security is no longer limited to the traditional military meaning, but rather has extended to the social meaning (security). Social) due to the change that occurred in the nature and form of internal and external threats, and through what is known as new dangers that have become a direct threat to the security of modern societies. In the last decade, irregular migration has emerged as one of the new security dangers and threats significantly in its various dimensions, most notably the societal dimensions. The demographic indicator has become one of the challenges on the general and comprehensive level.
