The impact of administrative leadership methods in colleges of education on improving institutional and student performance - a comparative study

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a comparative study titled "The Impact of Administrative Leadership Methods in Colleges of Education on Improving Institutional and Student Performance - A Comparative Study." The research aims to shed light on some important points in the performance of administrative leaders through the results of some local studies conducted in my country, Libya. The points focused on were compared to the results of Arab studies in the same academic and service fields. The study concluded several points, including the need to focus on developing administrative leadership in colleges, focusing on services for faculty members, expanding services provided to students, expanding training, and adopting modern administrative methods in the field of administration.
