Abstract

The issue of violence in philosophical thought is one of the most prominent issues currently on the scene. Therefore, our research attempts to deconstruct this phenomenon from a philosophical perspective. We review concepts such as violence, its causes and types, the relationship between politics and violence in philosophical thought, and the relationship between violence and legitimacy and illegitimacy from a philosophical perspective.
