Abstract

This research paper addresses the policy adopted by Algeria in confronting illegal immigration, a phenomenon that has gained unprecedented media attention over the past two decades. Illegal immigration represents one of the most pressing issues at both the national and international levels. This situation necessitates the implementation of legal, preventive, and security measures, as well as intensified regional efforts to combat this phenomenon, due to the serious negative impacts associated with illegal migrants.
