The Application of Cloud Accounting Technology in the Light of Improving the Quality of Banking Services in The Southern Region, Libya

Abstract
The study mainly aimed to identify the application of cloud accounting technology in light of improving the quality of banking services, especially with regard to the dimensions of rapid response, security and reliability. To achieve the study objectives, the study followed the descriptive analytical approach due to its suitability to the nature of the study. The questionnaire was also used as a tool to collect data from the study community represented by Libyan commercial banks in the southern region. Appropriate statistical tools and measures were used to analyze the data by using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which is that the implementation of cloud accounting technology has a statistically significant impact at a significance level of (a=0.05) on the quality of services in Libyan commercial banks in the southern region, particularly in the dimensions of response speed, security, and reliability, thus enhancing the efficiency of banking performance.
