Administrative Control and Its Impact on Improving the Efficiency of Faculty Performance

Abstract

The study aims to identify the availability of administrative control dimensions (reports, observation, complaints) within the faculty under study, as well as the applicable procedures, regulations and systems, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the problem of the study was the following question: to what extent does administrative control improve the efficiency of faculty performance I rely on the descriptive analytical approach, and the study has reached a number of results, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant effect between the dimensions of administrative control and improving the efficiency of faculty performance. this indicates that there is a direct (positive) effect between the dimensions of administrative control and improving the efficiency of faculty members. therefore, the application of the dimensions of administrative control in the college under study effectively contributes to improving the efficiency of faculty members. through the results of the study, the study recommends that the college administration pay attention to the administrative control process in its various dimensions (administrative reports, observation, complaints) because it urges faculty members to work efficiently.
