The role of comprehensive quality systems in improving job performance (ISO quality standards as an example)

Abstract
The study aimed to address job performance quality in accordance with the total quality system. It used a descriptive approach and collected information and evidence from sources and references related to the concept of total quality, its importance, characteristics, and implementation steps in accordance with ISO international quality assurance standards. The researcher aimed to develop a theoretical study related to total administrative quality from its initial steps to its correct application. This study addressed the relationship between total quality systems, specifically information systems, and improving job performance within organisations. It aims to analyse how the application of ISO standards affects employee behaviour, commitment, and productivity through theoretical study and analysis of practical models. The research presents the basic concepts of total quality, highlights IS system standards such as ISO 9001, reviews the steps for their implementation within organisations, and discusses a set of job performance indicators and how to measure them to prove the impact of quality on developing the work environment and supporting employees in effectively achieving their goals. The research concluded that the effective application of the ISO system contributes to the organisation of processes, quality control, and boosting employee morale, which positively reflects on their overall performance.
