Obstacles to the implementation of knowledge management at the University of Derna from the perspective of faculty members

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the cultural, organizational, human and technical obstacles to the application of knowledge management at the University of Derna - Main Center Branch from the point of view of faculty members. Descriptive forms were used, and a Belgian clinical archive was drawn from (186) members of the innovation faculty. A questionnaire was used, consisting of (28) paragraphs distributed over four dimensions. The study revealed that the application of knowledge management averaged four months.
