Installment Sale: Ruling and Practical Application

Abstract

Installment selling is one of the common transactions in our present time، due to the increasing demand and economic changes. This type of sale allows the buyer to acquire goods or other items through an easy process، paying for them in specified installments. I have written this research to clarify the ruling، conditions، and regulations of installment sales. I have summarized it in a way that facilitates the reader’s understanding and enables the correct application of these transactions in accordance with the principles of Sharia.
