Abstract

The study aimed to understand a specific term in terms of Aljarh and AlTadeel by Imam Abu Ahmad Al-Hakim. By understanding the meaning of this term as used by Al-Hakim, the study seeks to clarify the status of the narrators to whom it was applied and to assess their reliability based on the opinions of other scholars. The study is structured into an introduction and two sections. The introduction focuses on the translation of Imam al-Hakim and his approach, while the two sections involve translation details of the narrators and an analysis of their status, then the study concluded their overall standing
