The validity of the electronic signature in the electronic administrative contract
Main Article Content
Abstract
Modern legislation, including Libyan law, recognizes the legal validity of electronic signatures in administrative contracts, as long as they meet the technical and legal conditions. This opens the way for developing electronic administration and achieving speed, credibility, transparency, and trust in electronic transactions. Therefore, it can be said that the electronic signature has gone beyond being a mere technical development to become part of the contemporary legal system.
