Main Article Content
Abstract
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the truthful and trustworthy, the Prophet Muhammad, and upon his pure family. This study aims to highlight the efforts of a Libyan scholar in serving the Maliki school of thought, namely Sheikh Mahdi Abu Sha'ala, through verifying a part of his jurisprudential poem titled "The Spirit and Basil, and the Garden of Bliss for Those Who Act Upon It and the Pleasure". The study is limited to verifying the part that mentions "The rulings on water and pure and impure objects". The nature of the research required dividing it into two sections: a study section and a verification section. The study section, after the introduction, includes an introduction to the author and the book. The research is concluded with a conclusion that includes results and recommendations, followed by an index of sources and references. May Allah bless and grant peace to our master Muhammad, his family, and companions, and all praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds
