Government Responsibility Towards the Outcomes of Scientific Conferences

Abstract
Scientific conferences are classified in the degrees of scientific research as one of the most important influential events in the world of research and development, as their convening always indicates that there is something worthy of urgent research and study, and this urgency is driven by many factors and various reasons that all revolve around the need for research, exploration, and reaching results that are logical and applicable. Therefore, completely new ideas, or ideas that are characterized by originality and contemporaneity, which flow into societies without hesitation or permission, are often the mainstay of scientific conferences, in order to obtain scientific outputs that can be measured and assess the extent of their impact on societies.
