Abstract




This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of guidance programs in reducing bullying and enhancing moral values among high school students. It employs a descriptive analytical approach, relying on a systematic review of previous research and studies in this field. The study examines key studies investigating the relationship between bullying and moral values, analyzes the contents of guidance programs, and identifies the essential components for designing an effective guidance program that combines bullying reduction and moral value enhancement. The study highlights the role of guidance counselors in implementing guidance programs and emphasizes the importance of integrating moral values into school curricula and utilizing interactive teaching methods to foster learning and personality development. The study offers practical recommendations for improving the effectiveness of guidance programs, including developing comprehensive guidance programs, providing training for guidance counselors and teachers, expanding the scope of programs to include families and communities, and supporting counselors. The study suggests that guidance programs serve as an effective tool in addressing bullying and promoting moral values among high school students, and that these programs should be integrated into the education system.
