Abstract
The aim of the research was to determine the prevalence of a total quality culture among faculty members at Sabha University (Faculty of Arts), based on the variables of gender and years of experience. The researcher used a descriptive approach, as it is appropriate for the research in terms of description, analysis, and extraction of results. A questionnaire was also used as a tool to achieve the research objectives, applying it to a sample of (34) faculty members at Sabha University - Faculty of Arts, for the academic year 2024-2025. The research results showed that the prevalence of a quality culture among faculty members was high, and that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of quality culture attributable to the variables of gender and years of experience. In light of the research results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals.
