Surah Al-Jumu'ah: An Interpretive and Jurisprudential Study

Abstract

This research addresses a study of Surah Al-Jumu'ah from an exegetical and jurisprudential perspective, focusing on jurisprudential interpretations and differences. Attention is given to its rulings, which have been a subject of concern and research, serving as a basis for dialogue and discussion among jurists across different eras and regions. The study also highlights what distinguishes Al-Jumu'ah from others, and the researcher employed a methodological approach that includes presenting the views of both agreeing and differing scholars, in order to understand the disagreements and diversity of opinions regarding this important matter.
