Research Title: Al-Manzumah assunniyah ala matn Al-ajurrumiyyah Alsheikh Ali ibn muhammad Al-Sunni

Abstract

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers. This is a summary of a research paper in the science of grammar titled "The Al-Sunniyah System for the Matn Al-Ajurrumiyyah." In it, I described and analyzed a text from the Libyan scholars' texts in the science of grammar by its author: Sheikh Ali bin Muhammad Al-Sunni Al-Misrati. He organized the Matn Al-Ajurrumiyyah, which is considered one of the most famous grammatical texts and the best starting point for every teacher and student of this science. I divided the research into an introduction and two chapters. In the introduction, I briefly discussed scholarly texts and their merit, the research topic, its methodology, problems, and previous studies. The two chapters were dedicated to introducing Al-Ajurrumiyyah and its author, and the Al-Sunniyah system and its organizer, and to describe and analyze his methodology by comparing his system with the Matn Al-Ajurrumiyyah, and with two similar systems of Al-Ajurrumiyyah. In the conclusion, I listed the most important results and recommendations of the research. This research has been prepared as a contribution to the documentation of the works of Libyan scholars, in an effort to preserve their intellectual legacy and promote pride in our heritage and scholarly tradition.
