Psychological Resilience and Psychological Adjustment among University Students:A Theoretical and Analytical Study

Abstract
This study aimed to shed light on the concept of psychological resilience and psychological adjustment among university students, This was achieved through an analysis of psychological literature and previous studies related to these two variables, The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, reviewing the theoretical concepts and dimensions of psychological resilience and psychological adjustment, as well as the factors influencing them, It also analyzed the general trends addressed in previous studies, The study concluded that psychological resilience is a fundamental factor contributing to enhancing psychological adjustment among university students, as it plays a role in enabling them to cope with academic and social pressures and adapt positively to them, The study recommended the necessity of focusing on developing psychological resilience among students through guidance and educational programs, given its positive impact on improving their psychological health and psychological adjustmen.
