Achievement Motivation among Faculty Members at Tobruk University in Light of Some Variables

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of achievement motivation among faculty members at Tobruk University in light of some variables. The descriptive approach was used in this study, and the achievement motivation scale used by Arqoub (2024) was relied upon. The sample was selected randomly and included (75) From the faculty members of both genders at Tobruk University, the study reached a set of results, namely: that the achievement motivation of faculty members is high, and that there are no differences in the achievement motivation of faculty members according to the gender variable. There are no differences in the motivation to achieve among faculty members according to the academic qualification variable. The results also showed that there are differences in the motivation among faculty members according to the years of experience variable in favor of those with fewer years of experience.
